Recruitment Solutions is a leading privately owned recruitment consultancy based at Exeter in the heart of the South West. Our core business centres on the provision of temporary and permanent manpower to logistics, industrial and commercial environments. We currently trade with companies ranging from local independents to the largest worldwide multi-nationals many of which as a sole supplier. The foundation of our success is built upon repeat business through understanding the needs of all parties therefore enabling increased productivity and realising maximised earning potential.

Meet The Team

Steve Williams, Managing Director

Steve has worked in recruitment for many years and achieved Area Manager status. He felt frustrated at the institutionalised way they did business. He left his job and formed Recruitment Solutions in 1999. Steve is an unswerving supporter of Exeter City Football Club and indeed Recruitment Solutions is a keen sponsor and supporter of the club.

Simon Steer, General Manager

With an extensive background in logistics and recruitment, Simon's experience has bought together two fields of business to help assist with the onward growth of Recruitment Solutions. He is an avid photographer and a busy family man.

Tracy Forster, Office Manager

Tracy has a long history in Recruitment and has a large portfolio of academic achievments. Her progression within the company has helped Recruitment Solutions become fully independent from external outsourcing of payroll and accounting. Tracy's favourite passtime is the dramatic arts and more specifically, dance.
