We are currently experiencing a sustained period of growth and seeking an experienced consultant to be based in our Exeter offices further establishing a permanent division. Recruitment Solutions has an excellent reputation which is a credit to the success of the current team.

The Role:

This is a pure recruitment role, as an established professional and self-starter, you will be a seasoned recruiter with a proven billing history operating in the commercial markets, some of which should ideally have been in the South West. You will be required to identify growth markets and actively go out to win business via the telephone and face-to-face.Daily remits will be to develop long term client and candidate relationships, forge partnerships at multiple levels and ultimately grow your desk. This role covers the full recruitment process from initial contact to ensuring repeat business is maximized, year in, year out.

Salary:
